These terms apply to Clutch Cricket, published by fawkesthephoenix. By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms and the platform rules that apply to your store account.
Clutch Cricket is an entertainment game for players aged 13 and older. Do not misuse the game, bypass purchase verification, interfere with online services, or exploit faults to obtain paid currency or content. We may correct invalid balances or entitlements caused by fraud, chargebacks or technical errors.
The game may be updated, balanced, suspended or discontinued. Local play is designed to continue if optional online features are unavailable, but uninterrupted online backup, account services, rankings or purchases are not guaranteed.
Optional purchases are completed by Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment handling, cancellations and eligible refunds are governed by Google Play and applicable law. Gems, Story Pass access, signs, Clutch Balls and other in-game items are licenses for use inside Clutch Cricket; they are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value outside the game.
Deleting or losing a guest game profile can make its paid entitlements unrecoverable. Account backup is optional before checkout and helps restore the protected purchase ledger to the same game profile on another supported device.
Guest profiles use Unity Authentication. Optional Back Up Account sign-in is operated through Unity Player Accounts. You are responsible for protecting your store and Unity account access. Data handling is explained in the Clutch Cricket Privacy Policy.
The game, its original art, software, audio arrangement and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Factual references to historical cricket events are provided for editorial and gameplay context. Clutch Cricket is not endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by any player, team, board, tournament or broadcaster unless expressly stated.
The game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect loss caused by device failure, network outage, platform suspension, unauthorized account access or unsupported modification of the game.
